YMSA - Gorunga Yoga Studio - Delicious Mango Smoothie

 
 Mango Banana Coconut Smoothie
  • 2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups coconut water 
  • 1 cup almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)

Blend and drink
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves or berries. 
  • If you are feeling especially festive add a little party umbrella. 
  • Climb on to your hammock or get comfy in your cosiest lounge chair, have your fav,. relaxation meditation music playing and let all of the tension from the day drift away.
  • A delicious, healthy and refreshing smoothie for a hot winters or summers day!
